Passive and Active Search

Exr Consultancy Services sourcers work as assistants to our clients’ local recruiters. We identify the candidates our clients’ recruiters do not have the time to find or may not know how to find. Our sourcers work the Indian dayshift, which means we are already searching for candidates before the client’s workday begins, giving them a head start on their competitors.

Our sourcers use the latest tools to increase their efficiency. All have two monitors so they can search from multiple resources while working within an Applicant Tracking System. We use DaXtra, an aggregator that enables our sourcers to simultaneously capture candidates from numerous job boards and iPlace’s resume database.

Candidate resumes are uploaded directly to our clients’ Applicant Tracking System or submitted via email. Additionally, the sourcers submit a separate Candidate Submittal Report for each job order. The report lists each candidate submitted for that job order, the resume source, and their validated contact information. Most importantly, the report ranks each candidate with an explanation that enables the recruiter to understand the candidates’ strengths and weaknesses.

Database Building

When time-to-hire determines success, a robust and updated resume database is a driver of profitability. Exr Consultancy Services sourcers can clean up corrupted databases by replacing outdated resumes with current resumes, finding new high-fit candidates, and removing irrelevant candidates.

A high-powered database is key to success when:

  • The client has a high volume of entry-level job openings,
  • Client’s recruiters need large lists of candidates to call each morning,
  • Clients have recurring positions in the same location, and/or
  • The client’s recruiters frequently speak with candidates in their specialty area before they are active in the job market.

Sales Lead Generation

For the sales lead generation process:

  • The client’s salespeople specify the research characteristics – industry, revenues, geography, and seniority level within the target organizations.
  • The salespeople can also directly send names of the target companies.
  • Exr Consultancy Services researchers submit a report with verified names, contact details, social media profiles, corporate bios from company websites, and other background information.
  • The above information allows salespeople to quickly learn about the decision-makers they will be contacting prior to calling.

Direct Hire and Contract Jobs

Exr Consultancy Services recruiters have international (North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia) recruiting experience. Individual recruiters are dedicated to specific clients, and they follow a client-directed recruiting process. Recruiters can work on both direct hire and contract job orders. They perform end-to-end recruiting tasks and present candidates who are ready to be sent to hiring managers without additional qualification. Typical recruiting tasks include sourcing candidates from job boards and other candidate sourcing tools, candidate interviewing and qualification, negotiating pay rates, submitting formatted resumes with detailed candidate cover notes, and conducting reference checks. Exr Consultancy Services recruiters work during each client’s local daytime hours so that they interact with candidates in real-time.

Large Hiring Projects

Exr Consultancy Services can rapidly establish and deploy teams of recruiters for large hiring projects. We follow a work process for each project that is dictated by our client. In most cases, the objectives are to quickly identify and submit quality candidates and to maximize job order coverage. The recruiters can be utilized short-term until the project is completed, or our client can retain the recruiters after the project is completed.

Vendor Management System Recruiting

Exr Consultancy Services has vast experience providing end-to-end Vendor Management System (VMS) recruiting services where submittals go through a portal to a Managed Service Provider (MSP). In most cases, our clients give iPlace direct access to the VMS portal for receiving job orders and making candidate submittals, and we eliminate almost all their high-cost local labor from the VMS process. We work with our clients to create a strategy for each VMS program where our goal is to optimize both the MSP scorecard grade and gross margins. All VMS programs are different. Through backtesting VMS submittal data, we have found that the key to success for most VMS programs is to implement a recruiting process based on one of four dominant strategies: speed, quality, bill rate, or relationship. The recruiting process we implement for a specific VMS program is based on the dominant strategy for that program. iPlace’s VMS recruiters are trained on how to reach a lot of candidates fast, conduct skill-matching interviews to maximize VMS submittals and secure low pay rates through aggressive negotiation.
