Did you know that the Dubai expo 2020 is the first expo to be held in regions of the middle east, south Asia, and Africa?
On the auspicious month of November 2013, UAE was elected as a host to world expo 2020 by the members of the Bureau international des expositions and the UAE welcomed this decision joy and warmth; by celebrating with fireworks from the world tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
Dubai expo which was expected to be in 2020, but due to Covid-19, was rescheduled to the year 2021 and will commence from 1 October 2021. All safety measures will be followed in the expo to keep the visitors safe with directions from top health and medical experts.
With Theme weeks, Expo initiatives, and Program for people and the planet, the expo will create a platform to address the challenges faced by the international countries through interactive activities, sessions, conferences, and the latest technologies.
As discussed earlier, Dubai is the first among the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa to host the world expo 2020 with the theme, ‘Connecting Minds and Creating the Future.’; and located near the Al Maktoum International Airport. Organizations, businesses, and institutions from 191 countries will participate in the expo, to create a new world by coming together to reimagine a better and futuristic new age with each being allocated to Sustainability, Opportunity, and Mobility districts.
Expo 2020 is one of the most grandiose projects of UAE and is believed to be the largest world expo, with captivating visuals, enriching interactions that will span for 6 months which will create a cradle of ideas for the new age.
The expo site will be a model for new-age cities having sustainable, mobile, and opportunity as a backbone to create a world that will be a solution to the challenges faced by the current and upcoming generations. It will motivate to mold innovative, accepting, and responsible modernistic citizens.
